As a historic site, the S’Abba Frisca Museum Park is committed to improving accessibility for all visitors year after year. The complex is set in a cool, breezy valley, making the visit pleasant even on the sultriest summer days. We work continuously to remove architectural barriers and to make our visitor experience ever more welcoming, while respecting the historical character and unique features of the site.

Accessibility for Visitors with Reduced Mobility
We are aware that the nature of our historic site may present some challenges. The route is mostly accessible, although certain areas may prove difficult for wheelchairs due to slopes or uneven ground. We are constantly working to improve the paths and facilities to minimise these obstacles year after year, ensuring that everyone can enjoy as smooth a visit as possible. At present, the largest museum halls are fully accessible to wheelchair users, and can be visited with a guided tour, while the areas dedicated to the animals, the aromatic plant trail, and the vegetable garden can be explored independently.

For Families
The S’Abba Frisca Museum Park is an ideal destination for families. The visiting route is simple and easy to follow, suitable for pushchairs and children of all ages. It offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience in close contact with nature and history. The spaces are designed with children in mind and are visited every year by thousands of school pupils

For Visitors Who Are Blind or Partially Sighted
The tour is mainly guided, and most of the information is provided verbally by the guide in Sardinian, Italian, English or French. In the farm area, a sensory trail featuring aromatic herbs is available. Visitors are invited to explore the various species through touch and smell, aided by information panels that also include descriptions in Braille

For Visitors Who Are Deaf or Have Hearing Loss
Upon request, visitors may receive a written description to follow during the guided tour. In the farm area there are also numerous information panels in Italian, English, French and German. Our guides and staff are always available to offer further clarification and assistance through written communication or other forms of support.

Pets
Dogs are welcome at the S’Abba Frisca Park Museum, provided they are kept on a leash. Owners must ensure that their four-legged companions do not disturb other animals or visitors and that the spaces and pathways are kept clean. In indoor areas, only small dogs carried in arms are permitted; larger animals need to wait outside.
